Seaoux Doors & Windows had decided to launch their new series of UPVC doors in front of the distributors as usual. Crowne Plaza, the venue, was booked and distributors were invited. Everything was set for the launching event. Quite unexpectedly, COVID pandemic was hit first in China which in turn forced them to close down almost all international trade activities.

We could convince our client that virtual is the only solution then to introduce their new series of products. Sometimes, something is better than nothing. It may do wonders. We scheduled a date for the virtual launch and invited more than 300 distributors. Here, we got an unexpected opportunity to increase the target audience. There were around 30 fabricators in contact with each distributor. We could invite them too for the event through Whatsapp push. We provided the fabricators with the modules of the new series of Seaoux Doors. Everything was pre-recorded including the product profile and presented as a live event. The whole programme was flawless and became India’s first Virtual Door Launch.

Our Result

The brand now enjoys a distinguished stature among the barbeque restaurants in Malabar and is gradually stepping up to become a global brand.
