Position Overview:

As an Accounts Manager at our advertising agency, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and results. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering impactful advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and feedback.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop effective advertising strategies aligned with their objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams (creative, media, digital, etc.) to develop integrated marketing plans.
  • Ensure that advertising campaigns are executed flawlessly and meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure that client deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, helping to resolve any issues or challenges that arise.

You must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience (Min 2 years) in account management or client services within an advertising agency or similar environment.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop creative solutions to meet client objectives.
  • Sensibility and common sense
  • Project Management Experience
